2026 Round-Up Attendee Travel Information
Please fill out your travel information by Wednesday, July 8, 2026

A few reminders:

Participants should fly into Oklahoma City Airport (OKC). On arrival and departure days, the hotel will provide transportation to and from the airport. Juniors must submit their travel information in advance.

Participants can begin arriving at the hotel at 3:00 PM, with check-in starting at 3:00 PM and concluding at 4:30 PM on Monday, July 13. Departure flights should be booked for departure after 1:00 PM on Friday, July 17.

To attend, participants must be at least 12 years old or in the 7th grade by the registration deadline. Juniors who are not old enough to fly alone must travel with a chaperone to and from the event. JRA will not be responsible for arranging travel or providing someone to accompany them.

Extra nights' stays will be at the participant's cost and should be arranged by the participant.
