  • Thank you for your interest in joining one of our online peer support groups. They are a safe space to talk with other AuDHDers about your experiences and what's going on in your lives.

    This form is to let us know key information such as your contact details and what you hope to gain from peer support.

    This is not a test. There are no wrong answers.

    Please note your information will be kept safe and confidential, and will only be shared with your consent or, in rare cases, if we have serious safeguarding concerns; please see our Safeguarding Policy for more details.

    Our peer support groups are open exclusively to individuals living in the UK aged 18 and over. This helps us ensure that the support we provide is relevant, accessible, and aligned with local resources and services.

    If you are not based in the UK, we recommend exploring the peer support groups and online community offered by Dueling Minds, an American nonprofit whose support can be accessed by AuDHD individuals internationally.
