Dog Training Agreement

• Do not attend if your dog is ill or contagious.
• Pick up and remove any dog waste immediately.
• Keep dogs on a secure lead unless the trainer says otherwise.
• Respect the training area and equipment; do not move or damage equipment.
• Be respectful to other students, their dogs, and the trainer; no aggressive or disruptive behaviour.
• Supervise your dog at all times; prevent interference with others.
• Follow all trainer instructions for safety.
• Arrive on time and ensure your dog is toileted and ready for class.
• Keep dogs' vaccinations and parasite treatments up to date.
• Keep children supervised and following trainer guidance.
• Notify the trainer in advance of any known behavioural or medical issues.

Liability Waiver: I understand that participation in dog training classes involves inherent risks, including injury to my dog, myself, or others, and possible damage to personal property. I accept full responsibility for any such injury, loss, or damage and agree not to hold Cornish Dog School, its owners, employees, or trainers liable except in cases of proven gross negligence. I confirm my dog is fit to participate and that I will follow all trainer instructions to reduce risk. By ticking the box below I acknowledge and accept this liability waiver.

Refunds are only available if you cancel before the course start date. Once you or your dog have attended the first session or once access to course materials/sessions has begun, no refund will be given. If you need to cancel before the course starts, please contact us as soon as possible to request a refund or to discuss alternatives; any approved refunds will be processed according to our administrative procedures.
