  • By participating in Father & Son's Big Catch, I acknowledge that participation in outdoor activities, including but not limited to fishing, archery, games, water activities, tug-of-war, carry challenges, and related event experiences involves inherent risks, including slips, falls, equipment-related injuries, water hazards, and other risks associated with outdoor recreation.

    I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation for myself and for any minor child, youth, or guest listed in this registration for whom I am the parent, legal guardian, or authorized responsible adult. I release and hold harmless Flournoy Cares Foundation, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, partners, affiliates, sponsors, and property owners from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from participation in this event, except as prohibited by law.

    I authorize Flournoy Cares Foundation to obtain emergency medical treatment if necessary and understand that Flournoy Cares Foundation does not provide medical or accident insurance.
