By submitting this form, you agree to the following:&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;1. I understand that Art All Day is an open studio event in which every studio, artist, and site participates independently and voluntarily. Participation in Art All Day does not create any legal relationship between participants and Artworks. I understand that Artworks is not responsible for any damages to myself or my property as a result of my participation in Art All Day.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;2. I understand that all registered sites and exhibits must be open and accessible for the full duration of Art All Day - Saturday, September 19th, from noon to 6 pm. Closed sites undercut the event and create a negative experience for visitors. I agree that my site and/or exhibit will be open, accessible, and staffed by myself or a designated representative for the full duration of the event. I understand that my registration will be cancelled and I may be barred from participating in future events if I do not meet this requirement.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;3. I understand that participation in Art All Day is contingent on registration via www.artworkstrenton.org/artallday and payment of the required registration fees, and that my registration is not transferrable or shareable. Materials issued to myself or my site as part of my registration are to be used by myself or my site only.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;4. If my site is registered to host visiting artists, I agree to make arrangements to display their work for the full duration of the event, and to allow them reasonable access for setup and takedown before and after. If I am an artist or collective hosted at a participating site, I agree to comply with all site requirements communicated to me by the site manager. I understand that Artworks facilitates the connection between participating host sites and visiting artists, but that sites and artists must make independent arrangements with each other regarding their Art All Day exhibits. Artworks does not control access to sites, set up exhibits, or otherwise manage sites or artists.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;5. I understand that Art All Day is intended to be broadly accessible to as much of the general public as possible. Participants will do their best to make sites accessible to those with disabilities. Private studios should be ready to accommodate visitors with disabilities when possible. We expect each studio to be informed about the Americans with Disabilities Act and how it might apply to you (in general, if you are not normally open to the public you are not legally required to do anything different than you are doing now). You can find definitions of public and private, and a free online course about businesses and accessibility at the website http://www.ada.gov.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;6. I understand that I am responsible for keeping my exhibit or site safe. Sharp or dangerous machines or tools should be cordoned off from the public. The space should be clean and easy to navigate even when crowded.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;7. I understand that all participants in Art All Day are responsible for marketing and promoting their exhibits and/or sites. I agree to promote Art All Day to the best of my ability to my own networks. I will share and display any electronic and/or physical marketing or branding materials Artworks makes available to me. I understand that to keep costs down, Artworks will issue posters, postcards, maps, site markers, and other physical materials through a grassroots network, and that it is my responsibility to pick them up and (if required) return them to Artworks after the event.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;8. I understand that Art All Day is an initiative of Artworks Trenton, whose success depends in part on all sites using standard branding and communications about the event. I agree to promote any activities that I carry out or that take place at my site as being part of Artworks' Art All Day, and will comply with any branding and messaging requirements for promoting the event that Artworks may issue when sharing electronic or physical materials.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;9. I agree to comply with all deadlines communicated by Artworks regarding my participation in Art All Day.
