All athletes must have valid a Strongman Corp Membership to compete. Membership must be shown upon check-in on the day of competition. Please check the box below to acknowledge that you understand this clause and will have a valid SCC membership to show our team on the day of the competition.

LIABILITY CLAUSE

ASSUMPTION OF RISK: I acknowledge that inherent risks, dangers, and hazards exist when taking part in physical exercise and when using Strongman implements. Participation in such activities and/or the use of equipment associated with Strongman, and all Strongman activities, may result in injury, illness, death, or damage to personal property. These risks and dangers may be caused by other participants, or by accidents, acts of nature, or other causes/ risks and dangers may arise from foreseeable or unforseeable causes including, but not limited to: injury from slips or falls, soft tissue damage, ligament and/or muscle tears, bruising, etc.

RELEASE/WAIVER: I hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless BC Provincials Organizers, the City of Abbotsford, the host venue Seven Oaks Mall, employees, volunteers and all personnel involved in the competition from and against any and all claims for personal injuries or damages of any kind arising from participation in the BC Provincials 2026 competition.

MEDIA CONSENT: By your signature, you agree that event photographers may take photos and videos during the BC Strongman Provincials 2026 competition, and use said media for social media posts.

I fully understand and acknowledge that the activities at The BC Strongman Provincials 2026 competition involve inherent risks, dangers and hazards which may result in injury or illness. I hereby voluntarily agree to release, waive, discharge, hold harmless, defend and indemnify BC Strongman Provincials organizers, its managers, members, volunteers and employees from any and all claims, actions or losses for bodily injury, property damage, wrongful death, or otherwise that I may have, either in my own which may arise from my participation in competition and activities at this competition.
