Car Rental Terms & Conditions
By submitting this booking request, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to the following terms and conditions:
Booking Request
Submitting this form does not guarantee a reservation. All bookings are subject to vehicle availability and approval by the rental company.
Accurate Information
The renter certifies that all information provided is true, complete, and accurate. Any false or misleading information may result in the cancellation of the booking without prior notice.
Number of Passengers
Submitting this form means you've indicated the actual number of passengers who will be riding in the vehicle. Exceeding the vehicle's seating capacity is strictly prohibited and may void applicable insurance coverage. The renter assumes full responsibility and liability for any damages, injuries, claims, penalties, or legal consequences arising from overloading the vehicle or providing inaccurate passenger information.
Authorized Driver Only
Only the authorized driver provided by the rental company are permitted to operate the vehicle. Unauthorized drivers are strictly prohibited.
Vehicle Condition
The renter acknowledges that the vehicle will be inspected before and after the rental period. Any new damage, loss, or excessive dirt beyond normal wear and tear may result in additional charges.
Prohibited Use
The vehicle must not be used for illegal activities, racing, reckless driving, off-road driving (unless authorized), towing (unless authorized), transporting hazardous materials, or carrying passengers or cargo beyond the vehicle's legal capacity.
Accidents and Damage
In the event of an accident, theft, or damage, the renter must immediately notify the rental company and the appropriate authorities, and cooperate fully with any investigation or insurance claim.
Fuel and Cleanliness
The vehicle must be returned with the agreed fuel level and in reasonably clean condition. Additional cleaning or refueling charges may apply if these conditions are not met.
Late Returns
Returning the vehicle later than the agreed return time may result in additional rental charges (500 php per hour). Failure to communicate delays may lead to further penalties or legal action where permitted by law.
Cancellation
Reservation deposits, if any, may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated by the rental company. Cancellation and rescheduling requests are subject to the company's cancellation policy.
Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit of 2000 php will be required before the vehicle is released. Deductions may be made to cover unpaid charges, damage, missing items, or other amounts owed under the rental agreement.
Right to Refuse or Cancel
The rental company reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or terminate any rental if the renter fails to meet the company's requirements or violates these terms and conditions.
Liability
The renter accepts responsibility for the vehicle during the rental period and agrees to be liable for losses or damages to the extent permitted by applicable law and the rental agreement.
Agreement
By checking the acceptance box and submitting this booking request, the renter confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and any additional rental policies provided by the rental company.
