Sacred Sourdough Loaves 7/29

In this class you will: 

• 
  Receive the gift of a developed sourdough starter that Ashley has replicated for you from her own so you may begin at home right away.
• Learn the basics of starter management and all the steps necessary to be successful at sourdough bread baking. 
• Be given sample baking schedules that teach you how to incorporate the sourdough process into your daily life and work routine.
• Mix your own dough in class and take it home to practice baking your first loaf at home.
• Taste samples of sourdough bread baked fresh in the oven during class.
• Feel prepared because you will get a detailed recipe booklet that includes recipes, process images, and resources that will support and guide you as you continue on your sourdough journey.
• Enjoy learning about the joy of sourdough at Greene Acres Family Farm.

* workshop will start promptly at the house, which is to the left after you pass the gardens. All supplies are included. BYOB

Venmo and registration form must be recieved by 7/27 in order to attend. * If we do not meet our quota on ticket sales, the workshop will be cancelled and your money will be refunded. Thank you 

Farm Liability Waiver

I understand that visiting a working farm involves inherent risks, including but not limited to interactions with animals, uneven ground, outdoor activities, farm equipment, weather conditions, and other potential hazards.

By registering for Sacred Sourdough Loaves, I acknowledge and accept all risks associated with participation for myself and all minors in my care.

I agree to release and hold harmless Greene Acres Family Farm, its owners, staff, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, injuries, damages, or losses that may arise from participation in farm activities.

I understand that children must be supervised by an adult at all times. I UNDERSTAND THAT THERE ARE ELECTRIC FENCES ON AT ALL TIMES IN THE HORSE PASTURE.
