1. This agreement is entered into between Steminist 1921 (The Provider) and the undersigned Parent/Guardian and Student (The Users).
2. Purpose & Scope
The Digital Resource Library provides a curated mix of custom-made materials (videos, worksheets, guides) and premium third-party educational software licenses to support student success in math and science.
3.Intellectual Property & Copyright Protection
Custom Content: All videos, PDFs, worksheets, and materials created by Steminist 1921 are strictly copyrighted. Users may download files for personal study but may not share, re-upload, print for others, or distribute them online.Third-Party Platforms: Access to third-party tools (e.g., IXL, Gizmos,Khan Academy, ABCYA) is governed by their respective corporate terms of service. Users agree to abide by all external platform rules.
4. Account Security and Credentials
Strict Confidentiality: The Student will be issued unique login credentials for the library and external platforms.No Account Sharing: Sharing passwords with friends or classmates outside the immediate household will result in immediate loss of access.
5. Prohibited Uses & System Integrity
No Commercial Use: Materials may only be used for personal, non-commercial, educational purposes.No Automated Scraping: Users may not use automated tools, bots, or software to download entire batches of library materials at once.No Tampering: Attempting to bypass access controls or alter the digital content is strictly prohibited.
6. Online Etiquette and Safety
Academic Conduct: If the platform includes forums, chat boxes, or shared workspaces, students must use respectful language. Zero Tolerance: Cyberbullying, cheating, or uploading inappropriate content will result in permanent account termination.
7. Parent/Guardian Role & Technical Requirements
Supervision: The Parent/Guardian is responsible for monitoring the student’s internet usage while accessing the library at home.Hardware: The Parent/Guardian must provide a compatible device and internet connection to access the resources.
8. Liability Disclaimer
The Provider is not responsible for temporary third-party platform downtime, external internet outages, or modifications made by third-party software vendors.
