Thank you for your interest in joining Dance Techniques! Since 1997, we’ve been partnering with preschools throughout the eastern Dallas suburbs and surrounding communities to bring studio-quality ballet and tap classes directly into schools. Our mission is simple: help young dancers build confidence, creativity, coordination, and joyful lifelong memories. We’re looking for dependable, energetic people who genuinely enjoy working with young children. Dance experience is certainly a plus, but it isn’t required—we provide training, curriculum, music, and ongoing support to help every teacher feel confident before stepping into the classroom. We’re excited to learn more about you!

I understand this is a part-time weekday morning and/or afternoon position.
I understand classes begin at $30+ per teaching hour, with opportunities for additional commission based on class size.
I have reliable transportation and understand this position requires travel between partner schools.
I understand Dance Techniques follows our partner schools’ calendars and does not teach when schools are closed.
I understand teachers receive $20 per scheduled class when an ISD closure cancels classes.
I understand employment is contingent upon successfully passing an FBI fingerprint background check required by our partner schools.
I am willing to obtain CPR & First Aid Certification, which is provided and paid for by Dance Techniques.
I understand Dance Techniques provides curriculum, music, and ongoing support before I begin teaching.
