Parent Agreement & Code of Conduct

I understand that my child is expected to treat others with kindness and respect, follow all instructions provided by Calm to Learn staff and volunteers, and participate in a safe and positive manner. I understand that repeated unsafe or disruptive behavior may result in my child being removed from the workshop, without a refund if necessary, to protect the safety and well-being of all participants.

Liability Waiver

Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk
I understand that participation in Calm to Learn activities is voluntary and may include yoga, mindfulness, movement, games, and sports-related activities. I acknowledge that participation involves inherent risks. I certify that my child is physically able to participate unless I have disclosed otherwise. I voluntarily assume these risks and release Calm to Learn LLC, its owners, instructors, volunteers, sponsors, and host facility from liability for injuries or damages arising from participation, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Emergency Medical Authorization

If I cannot be reached in the event of an emergency, I authorize Calm to Learn staff to obtain emergency medical treatment for my child if deemed necessary. I understand that I am responsible for any related medical expenses.
