Join ISNA Canada as we conclude a 3 part series centered around the life and legacy of the prophet Ibrahim (AS).
For the 3rd month in a row, we will be joined by Ustadh Muhammad Elmarouk, who will dive into the lessons we can derive from the story of Ibrahim (AS), and how Muslim youth can apply them to our lives today.
This third and final part of this series will explore the topic of "Grounding Ourselves in Sacrifice". We will be hearing from our esteemed speaker on what we can learn from the story of Ibrahim (AS) being thrown in a fire for rejecting his peoples idols, as well as his fulfillment of Allah's command to sacrifice his beloved son Ismail.
Following this, we will be engaging in facilitated group discussions about the sacrifices that are neccesary for us to make today, as individuals, and as an Ummah.
