We are so happy to have you as a client. Here are a few policies we want to let you know about. Please
initial each item that you have read it.

ALWAYS please check your messages before you head into the studio. In the event we need to
cancel or reschedule your appointment, we want to make sure we let you know and would hate for you
to come in and we are not there. We will always let you know at least one hour or more before
cancelling (except in case of rare, extreme emergency).

In the event of inclement weather, we may reschedule your appointment. If the school districts
are delayed or closed, then we may decide to be delayed or closed. For evenings and weekends, we
watch the weather and traffic reports and try to make the safest decision.

In the event that you need to cancel an appointment, we require at least one hour or more notice;
otherwise it counts as a "no-show". We understand that things happen and will forgive the first no-
show. After one no-show, we must charge you for the appointment. We feel our request of one hour is
very generous, as most practitioners require hours!

In the event that you cancel 3 appointments consecutively (in a row), we must charge you for one
appointment. We reserved these times for you and denied that time to others.

anywhere else we are connected with you. Please make sure you have this information.

Please know that if you are late for your appointment, we will still end your appointment at the
original end time as we have other clients to see. If you are going to be more than 15 minutes late, then
please reschedule instead as it will be difficult to adjust your appointment, and we will still have to
charge you for the full appointment.

Please try not to be more than five (5) minutes early for your appointment, as we only leave 15
minutes in between clients for us to prepare for you, and in the case of massage, give hands a break!
