    2026 Entry Form

  • For information and rules, contact the Iowa Red Angus Association Junior Advisor: Dana Batterson, 641-777-9883.

    • Junior Show entries open July 1st and close July 15th.
    • All Junior Heifer and Bull entries must be in the Junior Member’s name on or before July 15, 2026.
    • No bulls older than the current year will be allowed in the Junior Show.
    • Junior dues are required to be able to show in the Junior Show, including both IJRA dues and JRAA dues.
    • Junior show Entry fee is $35 per head due to Dana Batterson by July 15th.
    • Junior Show Late entries will be accepted until July 24th at $45 per head.
    • Reminder that ALL entries must have a DNA parentage test on file in the RAAA RedsPro database.
    • Steers will only be shown in the Junior show. All Steers must be entered into the open show as a bull to receive stalling. When sending entries to Dana, please indicate it is a steer.

    All junior entry payments and IJRA dues must be sent to the Junior Advisor (Dana Batterson) by July 24th. Please make the payment payable to IJRA and send it to 28963 Nuthatch Ave, Bloomfield, IA 52537.

    All junior entries must be entered into the Open Show via the Iowa State Fair and the junior advisor.
