Stage One – Welcome
Stage One Begins Here.
Congratulations. If you have reached this page, you have already done something most people never do: you acted. The AIF Program is not designed to find the person with the perfect resume. It is designed to discover the person with the greatest potential. That could be you.
Before You Begin This application is intentionally different. We care less about perfect resumes, job titles, degrees, and years of experience. We care more about curiosity, initiative, problem solving, self-learning, creativity, and ownership. Take your time. Enjoy the process. Show us how you think.
