Wondergrove exists because we believe children arrive with their own unique gifts, ways of seeing the world, and natural wisdom. Rather than shaping children into who we think they should become, we strive to create an environment where they feel safe to become more fully themselves. What does this mean to you?
This position would mean working alongside the owner to create the classroom. Although we have a cabin where the "housework" will be done, we have a beautiful geodome in the forest which will be your main classroom space alongside the forest. This geodome is a blank canvas for us to create. Are you comfortable running errands, helping to shop and source materials, set up child files and planning and facilitating parent meetings and community events?
