The International Methanol Producers & Consumers Association (IMPCA) is pleased to invite you to the 3rd IMPCA WINTER CONFERENCE, taking place on November 25–26, 2026 at the Living Hotel De Medici in Düsseldorf, Germany.

The conference combines a compact programme of expert presentations with opportunities for informal networking. It provides a forum to exchange views on current developments in the methanol industry and to meet colleagues from across the sector.

With a limited number of participants, the Winter Conference offers an environment for focused discussions and personal exchange.

The programme begins on Wednesday afternoon with presentations by invited speakers, followed by a networking reception and dinner. On Thursday morning, delegates are invited to continue discussions during breakfast before departing individually.

REGISTRATION FEES

Registrations must be submitted, and payments received by IMPCA before October 31, 2026. Only payment by card allowed for registrations past October 31, 2026.

All prices are exclusive of VAT. For invoicing details, please refer to our Terms and Conditions below.

INCLUDED SERVICES

Once you have registered and paid the ticket fee/used your free annual IMPCA member access, you will receive the following services:

• Attendance to the conference and an electronic version of the presentations (in English)

• Access to the list of registered participants containing contact details.

• Attendance at the Conference on Thursday morning

• Networking Drinks on Wednesday evening at Living Hotel de Medici

• Food & beverages during Evening Dinner

• Breakfast on Thursday morning

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• All payments must be made in EUR.
• In accordance with article 21, §3, 3° of the Belgian VAT Code and article 53 of Directive 2006/112/EC, German VAT (19%) applies to every invoice, regardless of the delegate’s country of origin.
• Registrations must be completed online using the official registration link.
• Registration fees are only guaranteed once the corresponding payment has been received within the applicable registration period (e.g. Early Bird or Regular Registration).
• Registrations submitted within seven (7) calendar days before the end of a registration period should preferably be paid immediately by credit card in order to secure the applicable registration fee.
• If payment has not been received within seven (7) calendar days after registration during the applicable registration period, IMPCA reserves the right to automatically adjust the registration fee to the next available registration period. The delegate will be invoiced accordingly.
• Registrations and payments must be completed no later than October 31, 2026. Registrations received on or after October 31, 2026, including on-site registrations, must be paid immediately by credit card.
• Only fully paid registrations are considered confirmed. IMPCA reserves the right to withhold conference badges until full payment has been received.
• The cancellation policy for conference registrations is as follows: Cancellation received on or before October 16, 2026: 50% refund; Cancellation received after October 16, 2026: no refund; No-shows: no refund
• Member registration fees and complimentary registrations included in an IMPCA membership are only available to companies whose annual membership fee has been paid in full by the applicable due date. If the membership fee remains outstanding, the discounted member registration fee and any complimentary registrations cannot be granted. Registrations will automatically be charged at the applicable non-member rate. Retroactive adjustments or refunds after payment of the membership fee will not be made.
• The spouse/companion category may only be used to register a wife, husband or fiancé(e). Colleagues, co-workers, business partners or clients are not eligible for this category and must register as a Member or Non-Member delegate.
• Participation in all conference activities is limited to registered delegates wearing a valid IMPCA conference badge.
• The list of registered delegates will only be distributed to delegates whose registration has been completed and whose payment has been received.
• If you do not wish your name and/or contact details to appear on the delegate list, please notify IMPCA by separate e-mail to meetings@impca.eu at the time of registration.
• By registering for the conference, delegates acknowledge that photographs and video recordings may be taken during the event and may be used by IMPCA for conference-related communication and promotional purposes, unless the delegate informs IMPCA in writing before the event.
• IMPCA reserves the right to amend the conference programme, speakers, venue or schedule if circumstances require. Such changes shall not entitle delegates to a refund of the registration fee.

Special rates at Living Hotel de Medici, Mühlenstraße 31, 40213 Düsseldorf, Germany (limited contingent, first come first served):

Registrations can only be processed once this registration form has been completed, signed and submitted. Registration fees vary depending on the booking period (Early Bird, Regular and Late/On-site) and membership status. IMPCA members are granted a discount.

The Spouse category may only be used for spouses or partners accompanying a registered delegate. Colleagues, business partners, clients and other guests must register using the applicable Member or Non-Member category.

All registration fees are quoted in EUR (€).

Kindly note:

• For companies located within the European Union, a valid VAT number is required in accordance with EU VAT regulations.
• If your company is based outside the EU, please enter "N/A".
• If you are unsure of your VAT number, please contact your accounting department. Should you require any assistance, the IMPCA Meeting Administration will be happy to help.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Cancellation received on or before October 16, 2026: 50% refund
• Cancellations or bookings received after October 16, 2026: no refund
