  • NOTE TO FOOD VENDORS:

    • In order to be compliant with State of Ohio regulations, accepted FOOD vendors will be required to have all licenses and /or permits required by the State of Ohio and provide proof of these licenses / permits
    • Accepted FOOD vendors are required to have liability insurance greater than, or equal to $1 million dollars covering their business and employees and must provide proof of insurance
    • Accepted FOOD vendors should perform due diligence to ensure they meet the rules and regulations set forth by the Department of Agriculture of the State of Ohio for their respective type of business

  • Vendor Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • NYMCM aims to avoid cancellations. However, if a market is canceled due to uncontrollable circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, power outages, public health emergencies), any vendor booth fees will be credited toward a future NYMCM market.  Vendor fee credits expire one year from date of issue.  Application fees are non-refundable


    If a vendor chooses to cancel, vendor forfeits any fees paid.  Canceling within 24 hours of setup or failure to attend the event (no-show) results in forfeiture of all fees and credits, even if NYMCM later cancels the event. Selling or transferring your booth to another vendor is strictly prohibited
