NC FIELD is an acronym for North Carolina Focus on Increasing Education, Leadership and Dignity. We are a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that utilizes a social determinant lens to deliver and streamline resources in rural North Carolina communities. Our mission is to work alongside marginalized communities to build capacity, achieve holistic systems, expand access to resources and ensure a strong rural North Carolina.
