Guilford Christian Academy serves families of Maine that are complying with the school attendance laws.
Your signature indicates you authorize other schools, when needed, to transfer your student’s records to Guilford Christian Academy, and acknowledge that a transcript from GCA does not guarantee any particular or special access to or admission to any college, scholarship, employment opportunity, apprenticeship, military enlistment, appointment, academy or honor.
Complete this form, the Home Education Integrity form, and the Photo Release Form. Send payment of $125 enrollment per family plus the $100 per high school student tuition fee and $50 tuition for K-8 (non refundable) to: Guilford Christian Academy, 306 Wharff Rd, Guilford, ME 04443
