RULES:
1. Booths are rented on a first-come, first served basis.
2. Electricity is limited. Please contact Dustin Parsons at 501-326-1202 or dmparsons86@gmail.com to request electricity. It is not guaranteed. There will be an additional $50 charge added.
3. Exhibitors are responsible for supplying their tables, chairs, tents and electricial cords for their own use.
4. The Saline County Fair Association is not responsible for accidents, thefts, fire or other damanges of any kind. The Saline County Sheriff Reserves will be on duty to help monitor and parole throughout the week.
5. When you unload your vehicle, you must have it moved to another parking area away from the booth during the week of the event.
6. At the end of the day, each exhibitor must clean up their own space and all litter must be deposited in trash containers.
7. If you plan to have any kind of booth besides an informational booth, you must obtain the proper licenses from the City of Benton.
8. Please do not take down your booth until Saturday evening at 9:00 pm. If you need to take it down earlier, please contact Dustin Parsons 501-326-1202 or dmparsons86@gmail.com.
9. Booth setup will be Tuesday, Sept. 8 in the afternoon. Take down will be Saturday, Sept. 12 at 9:00 pm.
The Saline County Fair Association reserves the right to remove anyone violating any Saline County Fair rules. The applicant hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Saline County Fair Association from any and all liability.
