    This application form is designed to help us understand your technology, project, team, evidence, development stage, and commercialisation potential.

    Please answer clearly and specifically. Short, factual answers are preferred over long general descriptions. Where relevant, use concrete examples, evidence, data, experiments, stakeholder discussions, prototype results, or partner feedback.

    Please do not include confidential information that you are not authorised to share. You may upload supporting documents, but only if you have permission to share them for evaluation purposes.

    Your application will be reviewed by scientific, technical, business, market, and commercialisation reviewers in accordance with the programme’s confidentiality process.

    Route 1 — Module 1: Company Creation, with possible progression to Module 2
    For teams still shaping the company or commercialisation pathway. Module 1 focuses on technology opportunity, problem/customer validation, business model hypothesis, IP/institutional readiness, team capability, and a progression evidence package. Teams may continue to Module 2 if they pass the progression gate.

    Route 2 — Module 2: Commercialisation & Venturing
    For existing startups or advanced teams ready to work directly on market entry, pilots, partnerships, regulatory/certification needs, funding strategy, investor/partner readiness, and execution roadmap.
