NYSPHSAA Media Credential Request

NYSPHSAA is accepting media credential requests on behalf of its 11 member Sections.

To request a season-long media credential for NYSPHSAA Sectional, Regional, and State Championship events, complete the form below.

Media outlets are also responsible for reading and agreeing to the NYSPHSAA Media Policies & Procedures.

Media credentials are issued only to bona fide media outlets providing editorial coverage of NYSPHSAA Sectional, Regional, and State Championships. Credential requests should be submitted by the media outlet's sports director, editor, or other authorized representative.

Please note that NYSPHSAA media credentials are valid only for NYSPHSAA postseason events and do not provide access to regular season contests. For regular season media credentials or event access, please contact the host school directly.

Lastly, note the following important items related to the media credential process:

Each Section office reviews all requests submitted to NYSPHSAA.
Each Section maintains its own media policies and procedures.
Credential holders are responsible for reviewing and complying with the applicable Section's media policy prior to attending an event.
Proof of Business entity may be requested.
Proof of insurance may be requested.
