I understand that contestants must weigh 55 pounds or less to be eligible to ride AND be between the ages of 4-7. (Please do not register if they exceed the weight limit.)
I understand that I am responsible to prepare my child with safe riding attire. They should wear long pants, closed toe shoes, a long sleeve shirt, and bring a properly fitted safety helmet to wear.
I understand that all participants must weigh 55 pounds or less, be between the ages of 4 and 7, and must provide and wear a helmet to participate.

I request that my child be permitted to participate in the Mutton Busting event at the Enterprise Rodeo. I agree to be present at the event and to supervise my child prior to participating in and during the event. I understand that physical contact with sheep or being on or around sheep and other livestock on the rodeo grounds can be dangerous to my child and myself and could result in serious injury to my child or myself. I am fully aware of the risks involved in this rodeo and mutton busting.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY: The undersigned does hereby assume any and all risk arising out of and/or connected with his/her participation in the above named event and does hereby release the ENTERPRISE RODEO, its employees, volunteers, livestock owners (Desert Sky Sheep), agents and or officers, THE AMERICAN LEGION and SONS OF THE AMERICAN LEGION, their spouses or heirs, officers and/or administrators and all persons, sponsors and associations of said ENTERPRISE RODEO and AMERICAN LEGION and SONS OF THE AMERICAN LEGION, and the CITY OF ENTERPRISE from any and all claims and cause of action that may result by reason of any injury to the undersigned which has been sustained or may be sustained, and from any and all damages to property belonging to the undersigned that may be a result of his/her participation in the rodeo. Including but not limited to death whether caused by negligence or otherwise while in or upon the restricted area, competing, observing or participating in the event. The “restricted area” is defined as the area in or around the arena, chutes, walkways, concessions and other pertinent such areas where activity related to the event shall take place.

I have read the above release in full; I fully understand its terms and conditions and hereby voluntarily execute and deliver the consent for (contestant) to participate in the above named rodeo. I further agree to be fully bound by the release’s terms and conditions in both my individual capacity and in my capacity as parent or legal guardian.
