2026 REF Fall Grant Application

Due the last Friday of September, at 5:30pm. Applications received after the due date will not be reviewed. Applications from a team or benefiting an entire department or campus should not exceed $5,000. Applications for single classroom use should not exceed $1,500.
Before filling out the information for your grant, you acknowledge that your principal has reviewed/certified that your grant would be a good use of funds for your campus based on the goals cited in your campus improvement plan.

In the event a recipient of a "Single Teacher Grant" transfers to another school within the district, the teacher may transfer the grant program to their new school as long as the principal who certified/reviewed the grant gives approval for the grant to be transferred. School grants are not allowed to be transferred.
In the event that the recipient resigns/leaves the district, all grant resources MUST remain with the exiting campus. ALL grant resources belong to Royal ISD and cannot be removed from the district,
