Let us know what is going on with your pet. You can be as detailed as you would like or you can just type "quality of life concerns", "mouth cancer" or "can't walk". We can always get more details when we talk on the phone.
How is your pet when new people come to the house?
They think everyone is their best friend - wags/purs/kisses.
They have a bit of stranger-danger and will hide.
They will either not notice a new person at this time or will likely not have any reaction to a new person.

How is your pet at the veterinary clinic? Please note that this information helps us figure out if oral sedation before the appointment would be helpful and/or if we need to add anything to our treat bag before coming over. One of our core principles is that your pet have little to no anxiety while we are at your home.
They think any attention is good attention and do great at the vet clinic.
They get scared at the clinic but tend to be fine with family present.
They are fearful and have anxiety at the vet clinic.
They are very fearful and usually need a muzzle or sedation to assist with anxiety.

Now is a good time to think of who might want to be present at the appointment. Please provide the names and ages (if kids) of the people who might be present. When we talk on the phone, you can ask us any questions you may have about who should/should not be present.
