Terms and Conditions
• To exhibit work in the assigned space on January 16, 2027. • To show only original handcrafted and approved work. The committee will inspect and remove all unacceptable work. The vendor will not receive a refund. • To furnish all materials necessary to display works. Power cords are not to be connected to the church building. • Registrant hereby releases and forever discharges from San Pedro Church, its representatives and officers, their heirs and assignees, event sponsors and volunteers and any other individuals assisting with the event from any responsibility, personal liability, loss or damage in connection with this festival. • Refunds: There will be no refunds. Cases of inclement weather or Acts of God will generate a credit for the 2028 show. No overnight stays.
