  • By registering, I allow my pet to participate in photo day. The consent includes allowing the photographs, group photos, and individual portraits to be taken and then stored and archived in a secure online gallery.

    Additionally, I agree to be notified about important events, such as the date of my petā€™s photo day, the availability of my petā€™s photos, special promotions, order deadlines, or the deletion of my online album. Your petā€™s individual portraits can only be viewed by you via your personal access code youā€™ll receive after photo day.

    Title and ownership, and all rights now and in the future, of and for the Media remain exclusively with the Photographer. Upon digital purchase, a Personal Use License will be granted to the purchaser.
