This time we have a range of accommodations to choose from: simple, budget-friendly rooms, comfortable mid-range lodgings, and refined private spaces. Accommodations span four main inns—offering hotel-style rooms—and up to ten private cottages that can host anything from a few individuals to your entire ten.
Below, you’ll find three options so you can pick what suits you best. The price includes everything for the whole Congress (Accomodations + Food + everything else).
Essential ($400): 2 or more people per room. Our budget-friendly tier ensures those of us with a tighter budget can join. You’ll share a room with others. Some rooms feature pullout couches and/or cots, as well as a bathroom and shower that may be shared with other rooms. These accommodations may be simpler and located in older buildings.

Â
Comfort ($480): 2 people per room, with a private bathroom and shower. The majority of us will be staying here. Expect rooms ranging from doubles to queens in comfortable settings in one of the buildings near the main hall. It’s the ideal mix of comfort and value.

Premium ($640): 1 or 2 people per room, with a private bathroom and shower. For those seeking maximum comfort, this tier offers a modern, higher-level private room—either in a stylish hotel or a premium cottage.
