How Proxy Bidding Works:
The live auction will take place on August 1, 2026. This form allows you to participate even if you can't attend in person.
For each banner you're interested in, enter the maximum amount you are willing to pay if you win.
During the live auction, a Garden City Arts volunteer will bid on your behalf, just like you were in the room. Your volunteer will only increase your bid as needed to keep you in the lead, up to the maximum amount you authorize.
You will not automatically pay your maximum bid. If the bidding stops below your maximum, you will pay the lower winning amount.
Example:
Maximum bid submitted: $300
Final winning bid: $225
Amount you pay: $225
If another bidder exceeds your maximum bid, you will simply be outbid.
You may submit a proxy bid on as many banners as you wish. By submitting this form, you agree to purchase any banner(s) for which your proxy bid is successful. Garden City Arts will contact you after the auction to arrange payment and pickup. Shipping is available!
