Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation requests received before 11:59 p.m. CT on Friday, September 25, 2026 are eligible for a full refund.
- Requests received between September 26 and 11:59 p.m. on October 16, 2026 will be subject to a $150 non-refundable fee to cover food and administrative costs.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after October 16, 2026.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to conference@nursepractitioner.ca
