Liability Waiver & Photo Release
I understand participation in Kore Backyard Baseball Camp involves physical activity and carries inherent risks, including injury. On behalf of myself and the child I am registering, I voluntarily agree to participate and assume those risks. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless Kore Baseball, its organizers, staff, volunteers, and the host venue from any claims arising from participation, except for gross negligence or willful misconduct. I confirm my child is in suitable health to participate and authorize staff to seek emergency medical care if needed. I also grant Kore Baseball and its affiliates permission to take and use photos, video, and audio of my child during the camp for promotional purposes across any media, without further notification, and waive the right to inspect or approve the finished materials.
