Many professionals like to add work-related meetings around the Juneau Fly-In trip, and that is completely fine before or after the established itinerary.

However, we ask that you please refrain from booking additional work meetings during Tuesday evening, all day Wednesday, and Thursday morning, as adding meetings during the official itinerary creates additional coordination demands for Chamber staff.

This fee helps cover meals, programs, dinner with the Interior Delegation and trip-related coordination. Participants will be responsible for their own airfare, lodging, and any additional personal travel costs unless otherwise noted.
