The Feedback Gap: A Workshop for Leaders Who Know the Basics but Want to Build Their Feedback Skills

Workshop Description

You know feedback is important and you know why. You may have read articles or books about specific models or theories—so why does it still feel so difficult to say the hard thing out loud when the moment actually arrives.

This three-session workshop is for leaders like you who already know the basics of feedback and want to close the gap between knowing the model and implementing it: showing you care while being direct, without anxiety undermining the conversation.

We'll show you how to give feedback confidently, receive it openly, and lead conversations that build trust and accountability on your team.

Whether you're preparing for a tough one-on-one or you're just tired of rehearsing conversations you can't bring yourself to actually have, this workshop gives you the tools to move from understanding feedback to actually delivering it.

Dates

This three-session workshop will be held on Tuesdays, December 1st, 8th, and 15th, from 2:00 pm ET to 5:00 pm ET

Cost

The total cost for entire workshop (all three sessions) is $300 per person.

Submitting Payment

There is a 3% convenience fee for online transactions if an organization chooses that payment method. NLCDD prefers payment via invoice/check or using an automated clearing house (ACH) network. This allows organizations to take advantage of the most cost-effective payment option and avoid the convenience fee. Note: If you choose to pay online, the automated receipt may incorrectly display the 3% convenience fee as a sales tax. This fee is not a sales tax, but only displays that way due how the processing system inputs the information.
