Annual tuition paid in full by June 13th will receive a 10% discount.
Annual tuition paid in full by June 30, 2026 will receive a 5% discount.
Discounts apply to annual tuition only and do not apply to registration fees, Company tuition, costumes, private lessons, solos, duets, trios,
choreography fees, or specialty programs.
All Early Bird discounts expire July 1, 2026.

Tuition is divided into ten equal monthly payments and is due on the 1st of each month. April tuition is due prior to Spring Break.
Tuition received after the 10th of the month will incur a $10.00 late fee.
Costume deposits are due by December 1st. Final costume balances are due by February 1st. A $10.00 late fee will be assessed for each month
these payments remain unpaid.

Registration received during the Early Bird Registration period is used to help build the studio schedule for the upcoming season.
While every effort will be made to accommodate scheduling preferences submitted during Early Bird Registration, specific class days, times, and
instructors cannot be guaranteed.
Families will be notified by email no later than August 15, 2026 regarding class placement, instructor assignments, and schedule information.

Class schedules, studio announcements, recital information, and important updates will be distributed primarily by email. Please provide an email
address that you check regularly.

I understand that dance, like any physical activity, involves inherent risks. Step N' Time Dance Studio will not be responsible for injuries or illnesses
that may occur on or around studio premises or at studio-sponsored events.
I understand that dance education is progressive in nature and that regular attendance is important to both individual and class progress.
Step N' Time Dance Studio reserves the right to remove any student whose behavior is disruptive to the learning environment, studio operations,
staff, or fellow students. No refunds or credits will be issued in such cases.
If a student withdraws after costumes have been ordered, any costumes purchased for that student become the responsibility of the account holder.

I understand that photographs and video recordings may be taken during classes, rehearsals, performances, competitions, and studio events and
may be used by Step N' Time Dance Studio for promotional, educational, and social media purposes.
By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read and agree to the policies outlined above.

Please be as flexible as possible! Registration received in June is used to build our studio schedule. The more days and times you provide, the more likely we will be able to accommodate all of your requested classes.

Class offerings are subject to enrollment, staffing, studio space, and scheduling needs. Classes with insufficient enrollment may be combined, modified, or cancelled.
