• 2027 VCDHA CE BUNDLE Registration

  • The bundle includes all 4 classes for the year (14 units).  This equates to $12.50/unit! 

    2027 Course Lineup:

    Class 1- February 20, 2027 Virtual (3CEU)

    Class 2- May 1, 2027 In-Person (4CEU)

    Class 3- August 7, 2027 Virtual (3CEU)

    Class 4- November 13, 2027 (4CEU)

    CE Bundle Eligibility Requirement: 

    • Active CDHA Members are eligible for the bundle. This is a member benefit. 
    • Note: If you are not a CDHA Member and would like to take advanantage of this CE Bundle, please visit www.CDHA.org and become a member! Once you have your CDHA number, return to this form and register for the bundle. We would love to have you be a part of our organization!

    Timeline

    • Sign-in/Register at 8:30am (Arrive at this time)
    • Annoucements at 8:50am
    • Course promptly begins at 9:00am
    • Lunch at 11am (Meal Provided)
    • Class ends at 2pm

    Virtual Class Info:

    • Zoom link will be sent the day before class to registered attendees.
    • Log on at 8:30am to work out any technical challenges prior to class.
    • Annoucements will begin at 8:50am and class starts at 9am

    • This bundle is offered annually for a limited time. Check www.vcdha.com for registration deadlines. 
    • If you register for the bundle, you will automatically be registered for each class and will not need to complete this registration step again. 
    • Watch for an email prior to in-person classes to RSVP for lunch so we have accurate headcounts. 
    • Reminder, there are no refunds for missed classes.
