Failure to submit payment within 24 hours may result in forfeiture of my spot, which may then be offered to another attendee.

Hands-On Payment Plan Agreement: By selecting the payment plan option, I acknowledge and agree to the following: A nonrefundable deposit of $175 plus a 2.7% processing fee is due to reserve my hands-on seat and lock in the $549 Hershey registration rate. The remaining balance of $374 plus a 2.7% processing fee is due no later than September 28, 2026. I understand that the $175 deposit and all payments are nonrefundable. If the remaining balance is not received by September 28, 2026, my registration may be canceled and my seat offered to another attendee. My registration is nontransferable unless approved in writing by the event organizer. Observer registrations must be paid in full within 24 hours of receiving the invoice.
