  • PREAMBLE

  • Recognizing that the Kingdom of God advances through unity, accountability, mutual support, and collaborative ministry, we voluntarily enter into this covenant relationship with the Kingdom Alliance of Churches International (KACI).
  • We acknowledge that this covenant is not merely organizational but spiritual in nature, reflecting our commitment to walk together in faith, integrity, and Kingdom purpose.

  • ARTICLE I

  • Statement of Covenant

  • As a member church of KACI, we commit ourselves to fostering unity among believers, strengthening local churches, equipping leaders, and advancing the Kingdom of God throughout the nations.
  • We affirm that we enter this covenant freely and willingly, seeking spiritual alignment rather than organizational control.

  • ARTICLE II

  • Our Commitments to KACI

  • As a member church, we agree to:

  • 1. Maintain Biblical Integrity

    • Uphold the authority of Scripture.
    • Teach sound doctrine.
    • Maintain a Christ-centered ministry.

  • 2. Walk in Kingdom Unity

    • Promote unity within the Alliance.
    • Avoid divisive conduct.
    • Support fellow member churches.

  • 3. Embrace Accountability

    • Receive counsel and guidance when requested.
    • Participate in healthy relational accountability.
    • Address conflicts according to biblical principles.

  • 4. Participate in Alliance Activities

  • We will make every reasonable effort to participate in:
    • Holy Convocation
    • Leadership Summits
    • Training Programs
    • Regional Gatherings
    • Prayer Initiatives
    • Missions Efforts

    • Raising emerging leaders.
    • Supporting ministerial development.
    • Encouraging leadership training opportunities through KACI.

  • What KACI Commits to Provide

  • KACI commits to provide:

  • Apostolic Oversight

  • Spiritual covering, wisdom, counsel, and guidance.

  • Leadership Development

  • Training, mentoring, certification, and leadership resources.

  • Church Health Support

  • Assessment tools, coaching, and strategic planning assistance.

  • Conflict Resolution

  • Mediation and reconciliation support when requested.

  • Fellowship and Networking

  • Meaningful relationships with leaders and ministries around the world.

  • Missions Collaboration

  • Opportunities for local and international ministry engagement.

  • ARTICLE IV

  • Church Autonomy
  • KACI recognizes that each member church remains self-governing.
  • Membership in KACI does not transfer ownership of church property, finances, governance structures, or local decision-making authority.
  • Each church retains authority over:
    • Local leadership appointments
    • Church finances
    • Church property
    • Membership matters
    • Daily ministry operations
  • KACI functions as a covenant alliance rather than a denominational hierarchy.

  • ARTICLE V

  • Ethical Standards
  • Member churches agree to:
    • Maintain financial integrity.
    • Demonstrate moral purity.
    • Protect vulnerable persons.
    • Comply with applicable laws.
    • Avoid abusive leadership practices.
    • Handle allegations of misconduct responsibly.

  • ARTICLE VI

  • Annual Renewal

  • Membership shall be reviewed annually.
  • Member churches are expected to:
    • Maintain good standing.
    • Participate in Alliance life.
    • Continue alignment with KACI values and mission.

  • ARTICLE VII

  • Termination of Membership

  • Voluntary Withdrawal

  • A church may withdraw at any time by written notice.

  • Involuntary Removal

  • KACI may revoke membership for:
    • Persistent doctrinal deviation.
    • Moral failure without repentance.
    • Financial misconduct.
    • Conduct harmful to the Alliance.
    • Refusal of biblical reconciliation processes.
  • Any removal shall follow due process, prayerful review, and opportunities for restoration whenever possible.

  • Membership may be terminated by:

  • Covenant Declaration

  • We joyfully enter this covenant relationship with Kingdom Alliance of Churches International
    and commit ourselves to advancing the Kingdom of God together in unity, integrity, and love.

  • Financial Accountability Statement and CommitmentAgreement

  • As a member church of the Kingdom Alliance of Churches International (KACI), we
    acknowledge that Kingdom work requires collective stewardship, shared responsibility, and
    financial partnership. We understand that our financial commitments help support the mission,
    vision, programs, leadership development initiatives, global outreach efforts, and annual
    gatherings of the Alliance.
  • We therefore voluntarily enter into this Financial Accountability Agreement as a demonstration
    of our commitment to unity, partnership, and the advancement of the Kingdom of God through
    KACI.

  • Annual Holy Convocation Commitment

  • We understand that the KACI Annual Holy Convocation serves as the primary gathering of the
    Alliance for worship, fellowship, leadership development, strategic planning, and apostolic
    impartation. To assist with the planning and execution of this annual event, our church agrees to
    contribute:
  • $150.00 per month toward the KACI Annual Holy Convocation Fund.
  • This contribution shall be remitted monthly and will be used to support conference facilities,
    administration, training resources, guest ministry expenses, and other Holy Convocation-related
    activities.

  • World Missions Commitment

  • We recognize the biblical mandate to make disciples of all nations and support the evangelistic
    and humanitarian efforts of KACI throughout the world. Therefore, our church agrees to
    contribute:
  • $100.00 per month toward the KACI World Missions Campaign.
  • These funds will assist in supporting church planting, leadership training, missions outreach,
    humanitarian relief efforts, ministry development, and strategic Kingdom initiatives in the
    United States and abroad.

  • Presiding Bishop Love Gift

  • We acknowledge the spiritual leadership, oversight, counsel, mentorship, and apostolic covering provided by the Presiding Bishop of Kingdom Alliance of Churches International. In accordance with biblical principles of honor and support for those who labor in spiritual leadership, our church agrees to provide:
  • A monthly love gift of $50.00 or more to the Presiding Bishop.
  • We understand that this contribution is a voluntary expression of honor and appreciation and may be increased at the local church's discretion.

  • Commitment to Faithfulness

  • As a member church, we agree to make every reasonable effort to remain current with our financial commitments. We understand that unforeseen hardships may arise, and in such cases, we will promptly communicate with the KACI Executive Office about any temporary inability to fulfill these commitments.
  • We further understand that faithful stewardship and covenant partnership strengthen the Alliance's collective work and enable KACI to fulfill its mission of equipping leaders, strengthening churches, advancing missions, and expanding the Kingdom of God.
