Appointments
Please arrive on time with clean lashes and no eye makeup.
Cancellations
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hoursā notice may incur a 50% cancellation fee.
No-Shows
No-call/no-show appointments may be charged 100% of the scheduled service and may require prepayment for future appointments.
Late Arrivals
Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require your appointment to be shortened or rescheduled.
Fill Policy
Fill appointments require at least 40% of extensions remaining on each eye. Appointments with less than 40% remaining may be converted to a full set and charged accordingly.
Clean Lash Policy
Clients should arrive with lashes free of mascara, eyeliner, strip lash glue, oils, and makeup buildup.
Refund Policy
Refunds are not offered on completed services. Ā If there are any issues, please contact me within 48 hours with photos so I can assess the issue and determine whether a complimentary touch-up is appropriate.
Allergic Reactions
Although every precaution is taken, allergic reactions cannot be guaranteed against.
Right to Refuse Service
From Ashes Beauty Co. reserves the right to refuse or discontinue any service if it is determined to be unsafe or inappropriate.
