This is a survey for trans+ people with recent employment experiences in Merseyside. We want to understand what our community is experiencing in the workplace in regards to inclusion, safety, and support for trans employees.We are not collecting info to name and shame employers; we’re interested in promoting good practice, identifying patterns and gaps in support, and understanding what the Merseyside trans community actually need from their workplaces. All responses are anonymous (unless you choose to leave your details for future group interviews) and will only be used to inform our work to improve the experiences of trans people in the workplace.
