Hello, Thank you for contacting MyRain Sprinkler Systems. We have received your request for a service call and would like to confirm your service details before scheduling your appointment. Service Call Includes:

Our service call includes a minimum charge of $195.00 + HST, Maximum 1 man-hour for the visit, (= 1 man for 1 hour or 2 men for 30 min) we will assess the problem and repair or service your irrigation system. The cost of all new parts and labour exceeding one hour is not included and will be charged extra. The hourly rate after the first man-hour is $85.00 per hour for a technician and $75.00 per hour for a laborer. Our system is set up to charge by the minute after the first man-hour. If you have a yearly service agreement with MyRain Sprinkler Systems, you will be given a discount of 10% on Labour used and 10% on all new parts used. Please note: Fuel surcharge is applicable.
