1. PAYMENT OF FEES: Fees are payable on /before the first of each month. Late payment amount accrues an interest of 2.5%. Failure for the student/sponsor to pay fees altogether will result in suspension from lectures. Should the sponsor be facing any financial difficulties, the center reserves the right to be given a notice period of thirty (30) days. Failure to do so will result in Legal action. Absenting oneself from lectures does not excuse them from paying the full tuition fees for that month unless prior notice has been given with reasons why he/she cannot attend. In common with normal professional practice, refund of tuition fees is left to the director’s consent. All tuition and outstanding amounts should be made payable prior to progressing into the new month.3. WITHDRAWAL & REFUND: Learners wishing to withdraw from the course will only be allowed to do so in cases of emergency or on receipt of a formal notice to withdraw from studies. Upon successful receipt of notice to withdraw, the institution will refund only 50% of tuition only within a period 3months after withdrawal notice. Registration Fees and study pack fees are not refundable. Results: Transcripts & certificates will not be issued unless all payments are up-to-date.
