    For years, NOBO Arts & Gifts has brought exceptional creators and intentional shoppers together for one of the Midwest’s most distinctive curated shopping experiences, centered in Black culture, style, and creativity. NOBO welcomes 2,000+ shoppers who come intentionally prepared to spend on original work for themselves and the people they love. Shopping is not secondary at NOBO—it is why they come. Our shoppers come to discover fashion, jewelry, art, and distinctive pieces they cannot find everywhere else. The best work feels like the maker had them in mind.   • WHO WE ARE SEEKING

  • Fashion Designers & Contemporary Clothing Brands; Wearable Artists; Jewelry Artists & Silversmiths; Leather Artisans; Contemporary & Mixed Media Artists; Textile Artists; Ceramists; Home Décor Makers.

    The medium does not determine fit. Originality, execution, point of view and presentation do. NOBO does not accept mass-produced, wholesale/resale, drop-shipped, or multi-level marketing merchandise.

  • THE NOBO SHOPPER

  • The NOBO audience is approximately 70% women and 30% men. Many are affluent professionals, intentional gift buyers, repeat shoppers and collectors. They intentionally come prepared to spend on whatever they desire to purchase for themselves or loved ones. Shoppers want to see themselves reflected in what they wear, collect, carry, display and gift; the best work feels as though the maker had them in mind.

  • APPLICATION

  • The $50 Jury Submission Fee is non-refundable and covers the jury review process. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into the 2026 NOBO Arts & Gifts Holiday Marketplace. If selected, the $50 fee will not be applied toward your booth fee.

  • Creator Participation Fee (If Selected)

  • Standard Creator Space: 8' x 8' Booth — $375. A $50 non-refundable Jury Submission Fee is required with every application and will not be credited toward the Creator Participation Fee if selected, The  $375 is due no later than September 22, 2026. Payments received after September 22, 2026 incur a $100 late fee if space is still available. Payment of the Jury Submission Fee and submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance because applications are juried. Accepted creators will receive a Creator Participation Agreement, payment instructions, and additional event details.
