Vendor Guidelines
- The $65.00 participation fee is required if approved.
- Submission of this application does not guarantee acceptance.
- Vendor spaces are limited and assigned on a first-approved, first-served basis.
- Your display must be fully set up by 4:00 PM on event day.
- Setup begins at 12:00 PM.
- Vendor hours are 5:00 PM–7:00 PM before the fashion show and immediately following the fashion show until the event concludes.
- Vendors must staff booths during all shopping hours.
- Vendors must bring their own displays, signage, decorations, extension cords if needed, and any additional equipment.
- Face the Runway is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged merchandise.
- Vendors are responsible for collecting and reporting any applicable sales taxes.
- Vendors must keep their space clean and remove all merchandise and trash during breakdown.
- Face the Runway may refuse inappropriate products or displays.
