• Welcome to the 2026 Summer Athlete At Large Reimbursement Form

    Here are the instructions for filling out this form.

    • You will need to scan or take a picture and attach your reciepts to the end of this form.
    • You can only fill this form out for one meet attended (unless you attended trials during April 1st - Aug 31st (list below).
    • Swimmers must have swum 30 events in Colorado in open competitions for the swim year or 15 from March 31st.  (Suburban/NCS/WSL or High School meets do not count)
    • PRELIM/FINAL events only count as 1 swim.
    • To qualify for At Large Funding you must have swum at a meet with expenses and swum a Futures or higher qualification time. 
    • If you are applying for Traditional Funding (you attended one of the meets listed below) you must fill out the Traditional Funding Reimbursement Form

    Swimmers who achieve a Futures or higher-level meet qualification performance at a meet outside of Colorado that is not listed in the above criteria, may apply for CSI At Large Funding. This is based on times performed at the meet. Swimmers may only submit one bid per season except for an USA Team Trials year when one meet in addition to USA Team Trials may be submitted for reimbursement.

    Traditional Fund Allocation in Shares:

    Monies will be divided after each season to qualified athletes that request funds. Request for reimbursement after the deadline will be denied. Fall/Spring season monies will be generated from meets held Sept. 1st through March 31st. Summer season monies will be generated from meets held April 1st through August 31st.  There will be a $750 maximum reimbursement. 

    Athletes may request funding for only one meet per season per swimmer with exception of USA Team Trials, when you can submit one meet in the summer in addition to USA Team Trials (Olympic/World Trials).
