Welcome to the 2026 Summer Athlete Traditional Reimbursement Form

Here are some instructions on filling out this form.

• You will need to scan or take a picture and attach your reciepts to the end of this form.
• You can only fill this form out for one meet attended during April 1st - August 31st (list below) and USA Team Trials if you attended.
• Swimmers must have swum 30 events in Colorado in open competitions.  (Suburban/NCS/WSL or High School meets do not count)
• Swimmers who swam in eligible meets listed below will recieve the highest share value for events swum. For example, if you swam at December Junior Nationals and had 1 A final and the other 2 events you did not place in the top, you will recieve the 3 shares.  Shares are not added together.
• PRELIM/FINAL events only count once.
• If you are applying for At Large Funding because you didn't attend one of the meets listed below but you achieved a Futures (or higher) qualifying time at a meet with travel expenses, you will need to fill out a different form - At Large Funding Reimbursement Form.

Traditional Fund Allocation in Shares:

Monies will be divided after each season to qualified athletes that request funds. Request for reimbursement after the deadline will be denied. Fall/Spring season monies will be generated from meets held Sept. 1st through March 31st. Summer season monies will be generated from meets held April 1st through August 31st.  There will be a $750 maximum reimbursement. 

Athletes may request funding for only one meet per season per swimmer with exception of USA Team Trials, when you can submit one meet in the summer in addition to USA Team Trials (Olympic/World Trials).

At Large Funding Bid (Separate Form)

Swimmers who achieve a Futures or higher level meet qualification performance at a meet outside of Colorado that is not listed in the above criteria, may apply for CSI At Large Funding. This is based on times performed at the meet. Swimmers may only submit one bid per season except for an USA Team Trials year when one meet in addition to USA Team Trials may be submitted for reimbursement. Link to At Large FORM
