MOVE-OUT CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS
Before Your Cleaning Appointment
Thank you for choosing us! To ensure we can provide the best possible service and avoid delays, please review the following before your appointment.
Please make sure:
The home is completely vacant. All personal belongings should be removed before our team arrives.
Anything left inside the home may be considered disposable. If there are items you wish to keep, please remove them before your appointment.
No valuables should remain in the property, including jewelry, cash, important documents, passports, electronics, medications, or sentimental items.
The refrigerator and freezer must be completely empty.
Cabinets, drawers, closets, and shelves should be emptied.
If your oven has a Self-Clean feature, please run the cycle before our arrival so our team can safely complete the final cleaning.
If your dishwasher or washing machine has a cleaning cycle, please run it before the appointment.
Utilities (water and electricity) must be on during the cleaning.
Important
Our Move-Out Cleaning service is designed for empty homes. We are not responsible for lost or misplaced personal belongings or valuables left inside the property. Any items remaining in the home may need to be moved or discarded to properly clean the property.
If the property is not completely vacant upon our arrival, our team may be unable to perform a proper Move-Out Cleaning. Additional charges may apply, or the appointment may need to be rescheduled.
