2026 Sponsorship / Sponsor Table Registration Form- VCDHA

We offer both in-person and virtual classes throughout the year and we welcome sponsors to attend any of them!

We find that in-person classes tend to get the most interaction during the registration and lunch break, but we will make time for you to interact in the virtual events as well!

Here are different sponsorship types and benefits depending on which one you select.

Virtual Class $200

3-5 min speaking time
Interact with attendees during breaks or through the chat
We advertise your logo on our website as well as on social media. Your logo will stay on the VCDHA website for that calendar year.

In-Person Class $250

3-5 min speaking time
Presentation table at the event is provided to you at no additional charge
Meal is provided
We advertise your logo on our website as well as on social media. Your logo will stay on the VCDHA website for that calendar year.

Platinum Sponsorship $750

3-5 min speaking time
Presentation table is provided to you at no additional charge for in-person event.
Meal is provided for in-person event
All 4 classes are included with platinum sponsorship.

Here are the timelines for either class type:

In-Person Timeline:

8am Table setup
8:30 Attendees arrive & visit tables
8:50 Annoucements & introduce sponsors
9am Class starts
11am Lunch & attendees visit tables
12pm Class resumes
12:45 Door Prizes
2pm Class ends (door prizes if not completed during lunch)

Virtual Timeline:

8:30am Attendees log-on
8:50 Announcements & introduce sponsors
9am Class starts
12pm Class ends *end times may vary if a shorter/longer class

If you are able to offer a door prize, that would be greatly appreciated but not required.
