• Access is non-transferable. All seating, food, beverage services, and learning benefits are reserved solely for the registered attendee and cannot be shared with others. If you wish to make any changes, please inform us at your earliest convenience. In cases where BMA Conventions has arranged and paid for hotel accommodation or flight bookings on behalf of the attendee, and the attendee subsequently cancels their participation, the attendee will be liable to reimburse the applicable hotel and/or flight charges incurred by BMA Conventions.
• This registration formis only for Delegates - Executives from Manufacturing Plants. Please fill it only if you represent a Manufacturing Plant. Vendors can send us an email johnyh@bmaconventions.com
• Insurance & Security: BMA is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage of any kind. The client must arrange their own insurance for equipment, materials, and personnel.
• Event Modifications: BMA may make reasonable adjustments to event packages, dates, or venues if required and holds no liability for resulting losses.
• Liability: BMA is not liable for circumstances beyond its control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, or unforeseen events affecting performance of the agreement.
• Attendees must comply with health, safety, and security requirements. Disruptive or unsafe behaviour may result in removal from the event without compensation.
• BMA owns all intellectual property related to the event Recording or distribution of content requires prior written approval. Attendance implies consent to photography/video use for promotional purposes unless written opt-out is provided in advance.
• Personal data will be handled according to BMA's privacy policy and may be used for event-related communication, including information about future events, unless the participant opts out
• BMA will provide reasonable technical support but cannot guarantee uninterrupted Wi-Fi or services. Additional technical requirements or costs are the responsibility of the client.
• Any use of BMA branding or event trademarks must be pre-approved in writing.
• These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation prior to legal action. If any provision is found invalid, the remainder will remain in effect.

I agree to participate in the event organized by BMA Conventions and consent to the use of my information and media (photos/videos) for event-related communication and promotional purposes. By confirming acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, the participant agrees to be bound by all policies, responsibilities, and obligations specified.
