2027 TCFIHA Ice Classic Tournament Expression of Interest Form

Registration Terms and Conditions

Acceptance: Teams will be notified by December 2026 regarding their acceptance into the tournament.

Tournament-Initiated Cancellation:

If your team is not accepted into the tournament, TriCities Female Ice Hockey will issue a full refund of any registration fees paid.

Refunds will be processed on or after January 1, 2027.

Team-Initiated Cancellation:

Any team that withdraws after being offered a spot in the tournament will forfeit all tournament registration fees paid.

Final Payment:

Registered teams acknowledge that final payment is due upon request.

Outstanding Balances:

Any accepted team with an outstanding registration balance 30 days or less before the tournament start date may be removed from the tournament schedule at the discretion of the Tournament Committee.

In such cases, no refund will be issued.
